This is an adult hula hoop that I only used a couple of times.  I never could get the hang of it but it was fun trying.  It has 9 colorful sections that you put together to make a 42" hoop.  I couldn't find the instructions but I think you can also put it together with 8 sections to make a 36" hoop. Supposedly the larger hoops are easier for adults to use.  It also comes with buttons you can put on it for a massage while you hoop or you can use it without the buttons.  Shipping weight is 2 lbs.
Shipping is by priority mail because eBay no longer offers parcel post when you print a label.
I put size of box and weight into eBay's shipping calculator and that is what I charge for shipping. I do not add extra on the shipping.
